San Antonio\u2019s most iconic buildings will be lit up on New Year\u2019s Eve in a synchronized lighting display. <\/p>\n

The Alamodome, Henry B. Gonz\u00e1lez Convention Center, Tower of the Americas, Monarch Hotel and Marriott Rivercenter are included in the coordinated skyline illumination on Wednesday evening.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis initiative is about more than lighting individual buildings; it is about composing a
skyline,\u201d Eduardo Orozco, president at ISI City Smart Lights<\/a>, a San Antonio-based urban lighting company, said in a news release.<\/p>\n

The company, founded in 2005, announced on Monday that they had finished the citywide initiative ahead of the New Year\u2019s Eve unveiling. It\u2019s the first year they have done such a project, and one they hope to turn into a tradition, Orozco said. <\/p>\n

The lighting display will start one minute before midnight. <\/p>\n

\u201cBy connecting these iconic landmarks through smart illumination, we are creating a shared visual language for the city, one that reflects the power of intelligent technology, artistic vision, and scalable urban innovation,\u201d Orozco said. <\/p>\n
