Those dining for dinner can also watch a traditional Chinese lion dance at 7 p.m. to celebrate the grand opening.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quote of note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Houston is a dynamic city that truly embraces culinary variety, making it the ideal setting for a new location,&#8221; Eric Chen, local partner of Lin&#8217;s Grand Buffet, said in a statement. &#8220;Being a part of this community means more than just serving great food. It&#8217;s about creating a welcoming space where families and friends can come together and celebrate the flavors that make this city unique.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On the menu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lin&#8217;s Grand Buffet serves a variety of Chinese, Japanese and seafood dishes, including fried rice, orange chicken and sushi.
