Dallas Stars defenseman Thomas Harley has been picked for the Team Canada roster for the upcoming 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics.<\/p>\n

The Canadians unveiled their 25-man roster on Wednesday. Harley, 24, will join Edmonton Oilers forward Connor McDavid, Colorado Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon and Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar on the ice for the Canadians. The 6-foot-3-inch, 214-pound defender was born in Syracuse, New York, but has dual U.S. and Canadian citizenship. He has played for Canada in the World Junior Championship and the 4 Nations Face-Off.<\/p>\n

Harley recently signed a long-term extension to stay in Dallas through the 2033-34 season, worth about $85 million. He’s played in 27 of the team’s 39 games so far this season and has two goals, 12 assists and 14 points.
