The deal continues at the new restaurant in downtown Garland, which opened in fall 2025.

Taco y Vino is at 213 W. It’s half-price wine at Shinsei on Mondays, at Lovers Seafood on Tuesdays and at Perch on Wednesdays. All three restaurants are owned by the same Dallas hospitality group, and they’re located right in a row near Dallas’ Devonshire/Bluffview neighborhood.

If it’s a martini you seek, look for Tiny Tini Tuesdays. (Say that three times fast.) Diners can order an espresso martini, a lemon drop, a martini inspired by James Bond himself or any other variety. It’s $7 for each Tiny Tini on Tuesdays at Perch.

Shinsei is at 7713 Inwood Road, Dallas. Lovers Seafood and Market is at 5200 W. Lovers Lane, Dallas. Perch Bistro and Bar is at 7709 Inwood Road, Dallas.

Yoichi Omakase in Fort Worth

New Japanese restaurant Yoichi Omakase is serving a 12-course dinner for $89. Now: That’s not a low-price dinner in our eyes, but it’s about $100 less per person than many of the other omakase restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth, like Shoyo, Sushi Bar, Sushi Kozy and Dallas’ only Michelin-starred restaurant, Tatsu. Yoichi is Fort Worth’s “best new restaurant, hands down,” according to Fort Worth Magazine. There are no reservations here, so show up as early as 4:30 p.m. to get a seat.

Yoichi Omakase is at 711 W. Magnolia Ave., Fort Worth.

Ziziki’s in Dallas

Our doctor said to follow the Mediterranean diet, and we’re hoping wine is part of that regimen. Greek restaurant Ziziki’s, which has two locations in Dallas, sells half-price bottles of wine on Mondays and Tuesdays. For lunch and dinner, you’ll find light but filling food that includes shrimp salad, lamb meatballs and salmon with couscous. Or, go for brunch and a generous Mediterranean spread costs $35 to $45 for diners 12 or older. Kids eat brunch for $14-20.

Ziziki’s is at 4514 Travis St. and 16661 Preston Road (at Forest Lane), both in Dallas.

New Year’s resolutions might persuade some North Texans to eat less in 2026, but we have a different…

[5138
5229,7948,52560,63653,17925,13441,46815,22128,11212,79,246,7371,7372,13448,13399,11213,47718,47720,28922,13363,10429,10548,117949,9733,988,13388,13406,20958,13356,57138,33852,358,13434,3187,67,586,132,5230,20239,68,2969,65127
0":"post-484667","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-fort-worth","8":"tag-america","9":"tag-arlington","10":"tag-bars-and-cocktails","11":"tag-bishop-arts","12":"tag-burgers","13":"tag-carrollton","14":"tag-chinese-food","15":"tag-craft-beer","16":"tag-east-dallas","17":"tag-economy","18":"tag-family","19":"tag-fort-worth","20":"tag-fortworth","21":"tag-frisco","22":"tag-garland","23":"tag-italian-food","24":"tag-japanese-food","25":"tag-knox-henderson","26":"tag-korean-food","27":"tag-mckinney","28":"tag-oak-cliff","29":"tag-plano","30":"tag-preston-hollow","31":"tag-restaurant-news","32":"tag-restaurants","33":"tag-richardson","34":"tag-sachse","35":"tag-seafood","36":"tag-southlake","37":"tag-steakhouse","38":"tag-take-the-kids","39":"tag-texas","40":"tag-the-colony","41":"tag-tx","42":"tag-united-states","43":"tag-united-states-of-america","44":"tag-unitedstates","45":"tag-unitedstatesofamerica","46":"tag-uptown-dallas","47":"tag-us","48":"tag-usa","49":"tag-wine-spirits
["GET
