Josh Shapiro talks racing in Philadelphia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LONG POND \u2014 One of the talking points about NASCAR was the idea that the sport could potentially compete in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>While there isn&#8217;t a track in the City of Brotherly Love, NASCAR President Steve O&#8217;Donnell shared with reporters and editors how it could be done \u2014 primarily using the historic Franklin Field as the hose site of the event. Josh Shapiro, who spoke to the media ahead of the Great American Getaway 400 at Pocono Raceway, was asked about a potential NASCAR race in Philadelphia.
