And now the opportunity is here again. The entire site should be populated with multistory, prefab buildings and converted storage containers, a large number of portable toilets and showers, and a processing center to provide clothing, food, counseling, etc. But most of all, this property should be a place where the unhoused can be accommodated \u2014 hundreds of them.
