Today <a href=\"https:\/\/fitness.apple.com\/subscribe?at=1000l3cvR&amp;itscg=30200\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apple Fitness+<\/a> has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/newsroom\/2026\/01\/stay-active-in-the-new-year-with-apple-watch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a> a variety of features to help users achieve their goals, including new multiweek programs for establishing exercise habits.<\/p>\n<p>New multiweek programs and more are coming to Apple Fitness+<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/fitness-plus-ipad-watch.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1033904\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Last week Apple Fitness+ <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2025\/12\/30\/apple-fitness-something-big-coming-in-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">teased<\/a> that big things are coming to the service in 2026. <\/p>\n<p>Part of that might have to wait until <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2025\/12\/30\/ios-27-here-are-seven-new-features-rumored-to-be-coming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iOS 27\u2019s rumored \u2018Health+\u2019 upgrades<\/a>. But today the company has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/newsroom\/2026\/01\/stay-active-in-the-new-year-with-apple-watch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a> several new features designed to help Fitness+ users kick off 2026 strong.<\/p>\n<p>New multiweek programs are a big part of that. They help users build exercise habits and stay consistent with pre-set lineups of workouts.<\/p>\n<p>Starting January 5, three new programs will launch, followed by another on January 12:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make Your Fitness Comeback<\/li>\n<li>Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks<\/li>\n<li>Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT<\/li>\n<li>Strength Basics in 3 Weeks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can read the full details on each program in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/newsroom\/2026\/01\/stay-active-in-the-new-year-with-apple-watch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apple\u2019s press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Fitness+ will add new workouts featuring music from KAROL G, and in February leading up to the Super Bowl, a Bad Bunny Artist Spotlight series is coming.<\/p>\n<p>Time to Walk is debuting new episodes too:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The award-winning Time to Walk series \u2014 where guests share stories, photos, and songs that shaped their lives \u2014 brings new episodes starting with actor and producer Penn Badgley; Spice Girls member, singer, songwriter, and TV personality Mel B; and actor Michelle Monaghan to follow later this year.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Fitness+ can be used by anyone with an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
