JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 The CEO of a Jacksonville dance company is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy for months, the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n

Victor Chrispin Jr., 31, is the owner of the Yohannas Performing Arts Company. <\/p>\n

According to his arrest report, on Dec. 9, 2025, JSO was dispatched to a teen\u2019s home, who police identified as the victim. Earlier that day, the teen saw Chrispin walking a dog near the teen\u2019s apartment complex, and they began talking and went into Chrispin\u2019s car for privacy. Someone found the teen in Chrispin\u2019s car and filed a police report.<\/p>\n

According to the arrest report, the teen told police:<\/p>\n

\u201c…He was having a sexual relationship with his teacher, the suspect, Victor Chrispin Junior…since October 14th 2025.\u201d <\/p>\n

The teen also told police that the relationship ended on Dec. 9, 2025, after the two were seen in the car.<\/p>\n

The teen also said he told Chrispin he had \u201cfeelings\u201d and \u201cromantic interest\u201d for him on Oct. 14, 2025.<\/p>\n

The report states that Chrispin and the teen, talked through an application called \u201cLocket Link.\u201d Chrispin sent messages to a female who would then send the messages to the teen boy.<\/p>\n

Officials said the teen and Chrispin had sexual incidents in a bathroom, library and Chrispin\u2019s car, including an encounter on Dec. 9.<\/p>\n

Police said love letters were found between Chrispin and the teen boy.<\/p>\n

Chrispin \u201cdenied all allegations of sexual abuse towards the victim and stated that he was only a mentor to the victim.\u201d<\/p>\n

He was first charged on New Year\u2019s Eve for an \u201cauthority figure solicits or engages in romantic relations with a student.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since the investigation, he was charged on Friday with an \u201cauthority figure solicits or engages in lewd conduct with a student.\u201d <\/p>\n

His next court appearance is Jan. 22.<\/p>\n
