In the early morning hours of New Year\u2019s Day, officers with the Anishinabek Police Service were conducting RIDE activities at various locations across Sagamok Anishnawbek when they spotted a snow machine leaving an address.<\/p>\n
\u201cUpon seeing the officers, the driver fled on foot and was located hiding under a deck at the rear of a residence,\u201d says a news release issued by the police force. \u201cHe was identified as being on a release order and was placed under arrest.\u201d<\/p>\n
Police say a search of the suspect turned up the following items:<\/p>\n

A 42-year-old man from Sagamok Anishnawbek is charged with:<\/p>\n

\n<\/ul>\n
Police did not release the suspect’s name.<\/p>\n
None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
