A\u00a0Canadian\u00a0woman\u00a0has been\u00a0charged\u00a0in the United States\u00a0with\u00a0crossing\u00a0into\u00a0Washington state and\u00a0kicking\u00a0a\u00a0border\u00a0agent in the\u00a0face.<\/p>\n

The accused is facing one count each of assault on a federal officer and improper entry after the incident Tuesday.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0U.S. district court documents, the FBI<\/a> alleges the\u00a0woman\u00a0was denied entry at the Peace Arch\u00a0border\u00a0crossing, south of Surrey, B.C., because she had a marijuana vape pen.<\/p>\n
