{"id":493161,"date":"2026-01-05T02:58:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T02:58:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/493161\/"},"modified":"2026-01-05T02:58:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T02:58:10","slug":"male-dead-after-shooting-inside-bus-at-yorkdale-go-terminal-1-at-large","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/493161\/","title":{"rendered":"Male dead after shooting inside bus at Yorkdale GO terminal, 1 at-large"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Toronto police\u2019s homicide unit is investigating after a male in a bus at the Yorkdale GO terminal was killed in a shooting on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The incident occurred in the area of Yorkdale Road and the ramp to the Allen Expressway.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Investigators said they were called to that area at 7 p.m. for reports of someone who had been shot on a bus.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/TRU2XWHA7NFKRM3NC6YVLU7SUM.jpeg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/>Yorkdale GO bus termainal shoting Jan. 4 One peron was shot inside a bus at the Yorkdale Go bus terminal on Jan. 4. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">At the scene, officers found a male with a gunshot wound. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Paramedics told CP24 that they said they attended the scene, and assessed one patient, but did not transport anyone to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Toronto police, meanwhile, have released a \u201cpossible\u201d suspect description. They say they\u2019re looking for a male in his late 20s with brown skin and standing approximately five foot eight. He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit and a black jacket w\/ fake red and brown fur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">They said they do not have any information about any arrests at this time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">TTC users should note that Line 1 trains are currently not stopping at Yorkdale station due to a \u201csecurity incident.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">This investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">More detail to come.
