\n\tTimoth\u00e9e Chalamet scored his first win of the 2026 awards<\/a> season, taking home the award for best actor at Sunday\u2019s 2026 Critics Choice Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 30-year-old Marty Supreme<\/a> star looked extremely surprised when his name was called, leaning over to kiss girlfriend Kylie Jenner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe actor has been earnestly upfront about his desire for recognition in this role, which he carried over into his awards speech. \u201cI got a lot of people to thank. I don\u2019t know if I\u2019ll be up here again, so give me a second,\u201d Chalamet told the gathered crowd as he went down his list of those to thank. <\/p>\n

\n\tChalamet was visibly shaken by the win, stumbling over his words a few times. \u201cDamn, I\u2019m more nervous than I thought I\u2019d be,\u201d he said, correcting his mistake. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe actor thanked his fellow nominees, singling out Michael B. Jordan in particular. \u201cMichael, man, unbelievable. Just rewatched Sinners. [I] hadn\u2019t seen the after-credit scene. I\u2019m happy I stuck around the second time.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tHe also thanked Marty Supreme<\/a> director Josh Safdie<\/a> for \u201ccrafting a role and a story\u201d for him. \u201cYou made a story about the relatable dream and you didn\u2019t preach to the audience about what\u2019s right and wrong. I think you should all be telling stories like that, so thank you for this dream,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

\n\tGiven the pair have been attending more events together, it\u2019s no surprise Chalamet thanked long-term girlfriend Kylie Jenner, the camera panning over to the reality star while he spoke. \u201cThank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation,\u201d he said. \u201cI love you. I couldn\u2019t do this without you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe couple didn\u2019t attend Sunday\u2019s pre-show carpet<\/a>, arriving after the show had already begun. Hacks\u2019 Paul W. Downs and Meg Stalter were the talk of the night <\/a>thanks to their outfits, which were an exact match to Chalamet and Jenner\u2019s looks at the Marty Supreme L.A. premiere.<\/p>\n
