Following Sunday Night Football, Buffalo Bills running back James Cook III officially earned the NFL’s 2025 rushing title.<\/p>\n
Cook finished the regular season with 307 carries for 1,621 yards, claiming the top spot in rushing yards in the league. He also had 12 rushing touchdowns over the season.<\/p>\n
Though he wasn’t 100 percent sure at the time after the Jets game if he won the title or not, Cook talked about how important a title like that is for all running backs across the league.<\/p>\n
“It means a lot. Just something nobody in my family has done, just nothing somebody has done here [with the Bills] in a long time.
