The Coronado Public Library will host Secrest on Tuesday, January 13, at 7 p.m., as she shares the inspiration behind her no-nonsense recipes. This cookbook is packed with fresh, no-frills, and flavor-packed recipes designed for real life (like tater tots, slow cooker favorites, and comfort meals) served with zero culinary snobbery. She\u2019ll be in conversation with Coronado\u2019s own Melissa D\u2019Arabian \u2013 The Next Food Network Star winner and author of Ten Dollar Dinners: 140 Recipes and Tips to Elevate Simple, Fresh Meals Any Night of the Week\u00a0and Supermarket Healthy: Recipes and Know-How for Eating Well Without Spending a Lot.
