Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding, Carolyn Matthews Eaglehouse of Milky Way Farm, Chester Springs, and butter sculptors Jim Victor and Marie Pelton, of Conshohocken, will attend the unveiling in the main hall of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center.<\/p>\n
The sculpture is crafted from butter donated by the Land O\u2019Lakes plant in Carlisle.<\/p>\n
After the farm show, the butter is typically recycled into biofuel. <\/p>\n
