If the project is approved, Chapman will work alongside <b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/morris-adjmi-architects\/\" title=\"Morris Adjmi Architects\" class=\"company-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Morris Adjmi Architects<\/a> <\/b>and historic properties preservation firm <b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/higgins-quasebarth-partners\/\" title=\"Higgins Quasebarth &amp; Partners\" class=\"company-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Higgins Quasebarth &amp; Partners<\/a><\/b>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the 21 residential units, the project plans call for ground-floor retail space, a tenant amenity area, and a communal lobby. The garage is on West Third Street between Avenue of the Americas and MacDougal Street, about two blocks southwest of <b>Washington Square Park<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Chapman owns several garages and residential buildings around Manhattan.
