I thought the current sale on 2024\u2019s Google Pixel Watch 3<\/a> was good, but that deal has just been beaten by a new discount running on 2025\u2019s Pixel Watch 4. Though similar in design, the newer model boasts an improved display, battery life and overall performance and has only been on the market since October.<\/p>\n

Right now, several UK retailers are selling the Pixel Watch 4 from just \u00a3279<\/a>, a \u00a370 discount on its usual \u00a3349 RRP.<\/p>\n

You can buy the Pixel Watch 4 for \u00a3279 from Google<\/a>, Amazon<\/a>, Currys<\/a>, Argos<\/a>, John Lewis<\/a> and Very<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This price is for the smaller 41mm version, but there are also discounts on the larger 45mm model, which is down to \u00a3329, also a \u00a370 discount on its \u00a3399 RRP.<\/p>\n

Not only that, if you prefer to go for a Pixel Watch 4 with 4G compatibility so you can get signal on your watch when away from your phone, the 41mm option is on sale for \u00a3379 down from \u00a3449, and the 45mm version is \u00a3429 instead of \u00a3499.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s rare to see such a sweeping discount across the board for a relatively new smartwatch, but Google<\/a> is running this \u00a370 off sale until 11:59pm UK time on Wednesday January 7, 2026.<\/p>\n

I reviewed the Pixel Watch 4<\/a> on its release last year. I\u2019ve used all previous generations of the device as well as the latest rival Android<\/a> smartwatches from Samsung<\/a> and OnePlus, and I was comfortable crowning the Pixel Watch 4 as the best Android smartwatch you can buy.<\/p>\n

Where older Pixel Watches had domed, curved glass as part of their minimalist circular design, the Pixel Watch 4 has a superior design in which the display itself is actually curved too under the glass. It sounds like a small thing, but adds to the premium feel and looks great to book.<\/p>\n

Add to that the accurate heart rate and health tracking that all happens via the Fitbit app and you have an accomplished fitness device as well as a smartwatch that will deliver notifications from your phone and handle other handy mod cons such as contactless payments via the Google Wallet app.<\/p>\n

As the Pixel Watch 4 runs Google\u2019s WearOS software based on Android, you can download first and third party apps such as Google Maps<\/a>, Uber, Spotify, AllTrails, Starbucks, and other services that are handy to have right there on your wrist.<\/p>\n

Also noticeably improved over older Pixel Watch generations is the battery life, especially on the 45mm model I reviewed. It lasts for more than two days on a charge, with the added bonus of the charging tech here being very fast indeed, so it takes no time at all to top up when you\u2019re in the shower.<\/p>\n
