A renowned Korean boy band recently shared plans to release their first full album in several years.<\/p>\n

BTS<\/a>, also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan (Korean for \u201cBulletproof Boy Scouts\u201d), announced<\/a> Sunday that their new album will arrive March 20. <\/p>\n

The new currently untitled project will be the group\u2019s first album since \u201cBe\u201d (2020) and will feature 14 songs. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe album is packed with honest stories that BTS wants to share,\u201d the press release read. \u201cFilled with the music that\u2019s most true to BTS, the album is their heartfelt way of saying thank you to ARMY, who have been there this whole time.\u201d<\/p>\n

ARMY, which stands for \u201cAdorable Representative M.C. for Youth,\u201d is what BTS calls its fans. <\/p>\n

The beloved boy band also teased a 2026 world tour, sharing that the tour dates will be revealed Jan. 14. <\/p>\n

The BTS hiatus came after all seven BTS members \u2014 Jin, J-Hope, Suga, RM, V, Jimin and Jung Kook \u2014 left to fulfill South Korea\u2019s mandatory military service<\/a> requirement. The members enlisted in 2022 and completed their service in 2025.<\/p>\n

Some members pursued individual careers during the break, releasing solo albums, appearing in television shows and documentaries.<\/p>\n

The beloved music group debuted in 2013 and gained international acclaim in 2017, racking up wins at the Billboard Music Awards and American Music Awards.<\/p>\n
