SAN ANTONIO – Family and friends gathered at Angelus Funeral Home to honor Edward “Fatso” Trejo, who was fatally shot at a Christmas party.<\/p>\n

The family expressed their hope for justice and urged an end to gun violence.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred on Cincinnati Avenue when Paul Flores, 41, allegedly confronted Trejo and his friends over a noise complaint. <\/p>\n

A verbal argument escalated into a physical altercation, after which Flores reportedly shot Trejo multiple times. Flores is now facing a murder charge. <\/p>\n

Trejo’s mother, Andrea Trejo, expressed her desire to advocate against such senseless acts of violence. <\/p>\n
