Former NFL offensive lineman Matt Kalil is reportedly suing his ex-wife, model Haley Kalil, after she discussed the size of his private parts as being a reason behind the end of their marriage.<\/p>\n
The 36-year-old former Panther and Viking claimed that Haley\u2019s comments during a livestream in November were \u201cinvasive\u201d and destroyed his chance to stay out of the public eye after he retired from the NFL, according to TMZ,<\/a> which reviewed the lawsuit filed on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n Haley\u2019s comments came in a November<\/a> appearance on Marlon Garcia\u2019s \u201cMar-Athon\u201d livestream, when she described his penis size as \u201ctwo Coke cans, maybe even a third,\u201d and explained that it impacted their marriage, which ended in 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n Tackle Matt Kalil of the Carolina Panthers in action against the New York Jets during their game at MetLife Stadium on November 26, 2017 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Getty Images<\/p>\n Matt alleges that Haley\u2019s comments gave him \u201cunwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public,\u201d while adding that his family \u201chave been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.\u201d<\/p>\n The 2012 Pro Bowler married Haley in 2015, divorcing seven years later.\u00a0He remarried in 2024 to his current wife, Keilani Asmus, with whom he shares a 1-year-old son.\u00a0<\/p>\n The lawsuit alleges that because of Haley\u2019s comments, Asmus has been subjected to messages of \u201cincreasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time.\u201d<\/p>\n Matt is suing Haley for invasion of privacy, claiming his ex-wife revealed \u201chighly intimate and private facts\u201d about him and is requesting a jury trial and damages for an amount that exceeds $75,000.\u00a0<\/p>\n He claimed in the suit that Haley \u201creceived substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.\u201d<\/p>\n Haley Kalil attends the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards on February 2, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. Getty Images for The Recording A<\/p>\n Haley hinted that Matt\u2019s size had been \u201cthe biggest factor\u201d in their split, and at one point, appeared to imitate how big it was by flopping her arm on the table.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cDeadass\u2026 for our whole marriage, deadass,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying\u2026 Looked up lipo-type s\u2013t\u2026 That\u2019s why it\u2019s kinda funny.
