According to streaming analytics site FlixPatrol on June 22, K-pop: Demon Hunters<\/strong>\u00a0reached No. 1 on Netflix’s global TV series rankings just one day after its premiere. It topped the charts in 22 countries, including South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, India, Japan, and Hong Kong\u2014signaling strong global momentum.<\/p>\n

The series follows Rumi<\/strong>, Mira<\/strong>, and Joy<\/strong>, members of a K-pop girl group who secretly work as demon hunters. By day, they perform to sold-out stadiums; by night, they defend the world from supernatural threats. One day, a wildly popular boy group suddenly takes the world by storm. But when the girls discover the boys are actually demons in disguise, they launch into a battle that may change everything.<\/p>\n

Netflix has shown its full support by changing its official X (formerly Twitter) profile header and name to reflect the characters in K-pop: Demon Hunters<\/strong>, signaling the show’s breakout status among viewers worldwide.<\/p>\n

The musical elements of the show have also captured fans\u2019 attention.
