MIDTOWN MANHATTAN (WABC) — A man was slashed and stabbed a few blocks from Times Square overnight.<\/p>\n

The 30-year-old victim was slashed in the neck and stabbed in the back during a dispute at Seventh Avenue and West 40th Street at around 1:50 a.m. on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The injured man was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition<\/p>\n

One person was taken into custody, but a second suspect is still being sought.<\/p>\n

Police describe the suspect as a man wearing a black jacket and khaki pants.<\/p>\n
