The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment but died on Tuesday, police say. <\/p>\n

FORT WORTH, Texas \u2014 One person died after being found with a head injury in Fort Worth on Monday, according to police.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Officers were called around 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 5, to the 6400 block of Normandy Road, the Fort Worth Police Department said in a press release. When officials arrived on the scene, they found a woman with a head injury.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment but died on Tuesday, police say.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Officials confirmed that no arrests have been made but believe this is an isolated incident with no threat to the community.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fort Worth homicide detectives are leading the investigation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The cause and manner of death and the victim’s identity will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.\u00a0<\/p>\n
