The show may be best known for the debut of high-end, budget-busting TVs \u2014 of which there was no shortage this year \u2014 but in recent years many companies have used CES to announce their latest charging innovations. Unlike CES 2025 where several companies embraced built-in charging cables<\/a>, there\u2019s no unifying theme to the hardware revealed at CES 2026. But the new chargers and power banks are getting more powerful, more portable, more functional, and more stylish\u2026 even though all some of us want is a return to basic and inexpensive<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here are our picks for the standout chargers and power banks making their debut at CES this year.<\/p>\n

\"Anker\u2019s<\/a><\/p>\n

Does every charger need a screen? Probably not, but Anker is justifying the addition of a display to its new $39.99 45W Nano Charger<\/a> with some unique functionality. The charger identifies recent iPhone and iPad models and displays additional information as they charge including their current battery level and temperature, alongside cute animations. There\u2019s just a single USB-C port, but the Nano Charger\u2019s folding prongs now rotate 180 degrees to make the port always accessible.<\/p>\n

The problem with nearly all 3-in-1 wireless charging stands is that they only support the Apple Watch. Belkin\u2019s new UltraCharge Modular Charging Dock<\/a> is designed to accommodate other wearables, too, including Samsung\u2019s smartwatches and the first- and second-gen Google Pixel watches. You just need to supply your own charging puck and install it in a pop-out support on the back of the stand using a collection of included spacers to ensure it securely fits. It\u2019s expected to launch in Q1 2026 for $64.99 and includes an adjustable 25W Qi2.2 wireless charging pad for smartphones and a smaller pad for wireless earbuds.<\/p>\n

If it\u2019s actually as small as the promotional images make it seem, Baseus\u2019 new PicoGo power bank<\/a> could become this year\u2019s must-have travel accessory. It features a 10,000mAh battery squeezed into an accessory that looks nearly as small as your wireless earbuds\u2019 charging case. Pricing and availability haven\u2019t been revealed, but the PicoGo comes with a 45W USB-C port so you can even charge some laptops and a built-in USB-C cable for charging a pair of devices simultaneously.<\/p>\n

If you like the idea behind Clicks\u2019 keyboard cases<\/a> but don\u2019t want a BlackBerry-style keypad always hanging off the bottom of your phone (or don\u2019t use one of the limited number of smartphones<\/a> it supports) its new magnetic wireless power bank is a clever alternative. On the back of the 2150mAh battery is a slide-out compact keyboard that connects to your smartphone over Bluetooth. You can extend it only when needed, and because it uses magnets, it can attach to any smartphone that\u2019s compatible with the Qi standard. The Clicks Power Keyboard<\/a> is expected to be available in the Spring for $109, but discounted preorders are now available for $79.<\/p>\n

What if your wireless charger didn\u2019t look like one? That\u2019s the question Twelve South has tried to answer with its new $179.99 Valet<\/a>. It\u2019s essentially a stylish leather-covered tray with a metal frame and both can be customized to match your aesthetic or decor. You can drop your keys, wallet, and pocket change on one side when you get home, while the other side has a raised 15W Qi charging pad to top off your phone. There\u2019s also an additional 15W USB port on the side for charging another device, and Twelve South includes a 36W power supply.<\/p>\n

Instead of putting a towering hub or docking station<\/a> on your desk to expand your accessible power ports, Anker\u2019s $69.99 Nano Power Strip<\/a> is designed to clamp to the edge and keep part of it hidden beneath. It makes two AC jacks, two USB-A, and two 70W USB-C ports accessible from on top of your desk, plus four additional AC outlets on the underside.<\/p>\n

With Loona\u2019s DeskMate<\/a> charging hub, your smartphone doesn\u2019t become an inanimate glass slab while it recharges. Launching through a crowdfunding campaign in March for \u201cbelow $300,\u201d the hub pairs three USB-C ports and a USB-A port with a Qi2 wireless charging pad. It should charge any Qi2-compatible smartphone, but the DeskMate is specifically designed for the iPhone, automatically activating a cute AI companion when your phone is docked. A pair of expressive eyes will follow you around the room as the stand rotates and tilts, but the DeskMate isn\u2019t just about having an AI-powered desk companion, it also has practical features including Slack integration.<\/p>\n

Belkin\u2019s UltraCharge Pro Power Bank 10K with Magnetic Ring<\/a> is a run-of-the-mill portable charger with a built-in display, 25W Qi2.2 wireless charging support, and up to 30W of power delivery through its USB-C port. What might make the $99.99 a tempting alternative to other power banks when it launches in Q1 2026 is that it won\u2019t replace a PopSocket or other magnetic accessory while you use it. Belkin put an extra ring of magnets on the back so you can keep using a MagSafe wallet or a pop-up grip while your phone charges.<\/p>\n

When you demand more than just power from your charger, Baseus\u2019 new Spacemate RD1 Pro<\/a> could fit the bill when it launches in April for $259.99. On top you\u2019ll find a tilting Qi2.2 25W charging pad so you can adjust the angle of your smartphone while it charges, while down below is a plethora of ports. There are two HDMI ports so you can use the RD1 Pro as a hub to connect a laptop to a pair of 4K displays, plus four USB-C ports, four USB-A ports, 1Gbps ethernet, and memory card slots. Its total power output maxes out at 160W so you can easily charge multiple devices simultaneously, including a laptop.<\/p>\n

Belkin\u2019s original Charging Case for Nintendo Switch 2<\/a> is barely seven months old after debuting alongside the console last June, but the company has already announced an improved Pro version with a handful of welcome upgrades. For starters, you no longer need to open the case to charge its internal 10,000mAh battery. There\u2019s now an external USB-C port for connecting power, next to a small display showing the battery\u2019s remaining charge level. The battery itself has also been redesigned and now has an integrated adjustable stand that connects the Switch 2 to a USB-C port, similar to the console\u2019s own charging dock. The Charging Case Pro for Nintendo Switch 2 is now available<\/a> for $99.99.<\/p>\n
