The $5.4 million “facilities space centralization project” will include new office space, restrooms, a break room and locker rooms. <\/p>\n

HOUSTON \u2014 More changes are coming to Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) next month, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.<\/p>\n

The $5.4 million “facilities space centralization project” will include new office space, restrooms, a break room and locker rooms. The project also includes adding shop space in addition to enclosing an area for interior space.<\/p>\n

The 17,000-square-foot project at Terminal C is expected to start construction in February 2026 and be delivered in July 2026, per the TDLR filing. Houston-based English + Associates Architects Inc. is listed as the project’s designer.<\/p>\n

Information in TDLR filings is preliminary and subject to change.<\/p>\n

The Houston Airport System did not respond to further questions about the project regarding whether this was a standalone project or part of wider revitalization of facilities.<\/p>\n
