Many African SMEs fail to scale not because of lack of ideas, but because of weak infrastructure and limited hands-on support. EridanSeed addresses this gap by combining capital with execution, partnerships, and ecosystem access, helping SMEs move from survival mode to sustainable growth.<\/p>\n
EridanSeed is a 12-month SME scale programme combining capital, infrastructure support, and hands-on partnership. Selected SMEs will work closely with the Eridan team to strengthen operations, improve resilience, and build new growth engines.<\/p>\n
Selected SMEs will undergo an in-depth business assessment to identify operational gaps, infrastructure constraints, and untapped growth opportunities. This phase focuses on diagnostics, strategy development, and problem-solving.<\/p>\n
Each selected SME will receive a $25,000 investment alongside hands-on operational support to drive traction, improve systems, and scale sustainably.<\/p>\n
