It powered \u201cmillions of real-world drive-through interactions\u201d last year.<\/p>\n<p>The technology aims to improve order accuracy, reduce service time and provide a more uniform customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>It is designed to cope with large and frequently changing menus, including customisations, modifiers, regional variations and promotional updates.<\/p>\n<p>Presto co-founder Krishna Gupta said: \u201c2026 is the year where American AI companies with deployments, not demos and dinners, will consolidate their leadership position and win markets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresto is the AI partner to a dozen enterprise brands, and we\u2019ve deployed our drive-through Voice AI across more customers and geographies than anyone else.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ll use our learnings to make magic happen for our customers and their customers as we help instrument these businesses to take advantage of the AI revolution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In April 2025, Presto Phoenix launched a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.verdictfoodservice.com\/news\/presto-voice-ai-expansion-qsr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new phone ordering business unit<\/a>.
