Investigators said the rider was traveling at a high rate of speed when he fell from his motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p>A witness called 911 to report the crash, police said. Emergency medical crews performed CPR on the rider at the scene before transporting him to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>San Antonio police said no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
