{"id":504443,"date":"2026-01-09T19:47:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T19:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/504443\/"},"modified":"2026-01-09T19:47:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T19:47:10","slug":"phoenix-wine-festival-festivin-returns-to-wrigley-mansion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/504443\/","title":{"rendered":"Phoenix wine festival Festivin returns to Wrigley Mansion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<img width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/festivin4-e1767978898254.jpg\" class=\"article-thumbnail-image wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"  \/><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tFestivin is back for its sixth year, complete with wine tastings, seminars and dinners. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Wrigley Mansion<\/p>\n<p>Wine enthusiasts can toast to the new year at Wrigley Mansion\u2019s annual <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/wrigleymansion.com\/festivin\">Festivin<\/a>, a four-day celebration of wine running from Jan. 15 through 18.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Festivin has amassed a loyal following since its 2019 launch by offering a variety of interactive events featuring wine experts, acclaimed chefs and rare wine offerings at one of the most iconic locations in Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFestivin provides a forum for wine to be accessible, approachable, fun and educational in a way that isn\u2019t condescending or stuffy,\u201d says Jason Caballero, Advanced Sommelier and CEO of the Wrigley Mansion. \u201cThe event offers a number of ways for people to connect with wine and be introduced to new and unique wines from around the world that they may not have tried before.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The wine and food festival includes a full slate of events and tastings with sommeliers, winemakers and chefs. A portion of the proceeds from Festivin will benefit Almost There Rescue, which specializes in programs for pregnant and nursing dogs and pups.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The events require individual tickets, ranging from $89 to $600 per person. <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/wrigleymansion.com\/festivin\">Tickets<\/a> are available online.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"683\" width=\"1024\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/festivin5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40635009\"  \/>Learn all about wine at Festivin at The Wrigley Mansion.<\/p>\n<p>Festivin opens on January 15 with Unplugged and Uncorked, an event featuring Master Sommelier Michael Jordan and winemaker Fred Scherrer, who will perform an acoustic set. Guests can expect dancing and passed appetizers paired with wine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Creative wine dinners featuring exceptional talent are a popular element of Festivin. Friday\u2019s Collaboration on the Knoll dinner features courses prepared by award-winning chef Christopher Gross of Christopher\u2019s at the Wrigley Mansion and Nick Kennedy, the executive chef of Geordie\u2019s at the Wrigley Mansion. They will be joined by local chefs Peter McQuaid and Cory Oppold, who are both Food Network \u201cChopped\u201d champions.<strong> <\/strong>Each course will be paired with wine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Saturday\u2019s Battle on the Hill dinner is a Festivin favorite. Wrigley Mansion wine director Daniel Webber and Master Sommelier Myles Trapp will present a pairing for each course and guests will select their favorite.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBattle on the Hill is a competition between sommeliers where guests help crown a winner for bragging rights and an opportunity to defend their title the next year,\u201d Caballero says.<\/p>\n<p>Festvin attendees will have hands-on opportunities to sip, savor and learn on Saturday, including a cooking demo and three-course lunch from chef Kennedy paired with wines from an Advanced Sommelier. Expert-led seminars include Champagne Wishes and Caviar Dreams, Sparkling Wines Around the World and blind tastings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Festivin concludes on Sunday with the grand tasting, a walk-around event featuring more than 150 wines to sample and purchase, along with food, caviar and adoptable puppies from Almost There Rescue.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFestivin offers a unique setting, amazing experts and incredibly priced wine,\u201d Caballero says. \u201cThere are several opportunities for people to discover new things about wine and have their own epiphanies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Festivin at The Wrigley Mansion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2501 E.
