The restaurant has several other North Texas locations, including in Richardson, Plano and McKinney.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dining spotlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/mckinney\/dining\/2026\/01\/01\/locally-owned-cajun-fish-grill-serves-made-from-scratch-recipes-in-mckinney\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Locally owned Cajun Fish Grill serves made-from-scratch recipes in McKinney<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Restaurateur and chef Miguel Mercado opened Cajun Fish Grill in 2024. He co-owns the business with his wife and two sons. The menu boasts Cajun cuisine staples including a variety of blackened fish filets, jambalaya, \u00e9touff\u00e9e and more.
