Katie Hobbs told Capitol Media Services she sees no need for the incentives that allow the often-controversial developments to get exemptions from state and local sales taxes for the equipment they buy.<\/p>\n<p>Hobbs voted for them as a state legislator when they were first approved in 2013, albeit as part of a larger budget proposal.
