TikTok creator Chris Cavanaugh (@thedevontee) posted the clip two days ago from downtown Dallas. The on-screen text explains, \u201cCar accident. $100,000 vehicle totaled by Dallas police.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to Cavanaugh, \u201cLord have mercy. The Addison police car ran head-on into the G Wagon. Hit multiple cars. She just looks disgruntled. This is a Highland Park white woman. Call the cops. A Highland Park white woman with a 25-cm Hermes Birkin and a puppy dog just got into a wreck. It\u2019s enough.\u201d<\/p>\n
The multi-car pileup also involved several other vehicles, tow trucks, fire rigs, and even spectators taking selfies. He also narrates a scene in which a couple seemingly associated with the G Wagon crash talks to authorities.<\/p>\n
Toward the end of the video, he notes, \u201cDallas drivers have to be some of the worst drivers. It\u2019s a mess.\u201d<\/p>\n
Viewers Identify Owner of the Totaled G Wagon <\/p>\n
In the comments section, several viewers identified the woman in the video as the mother of Dallas-area influencer Kait Davis, who is married<\/a> to professional bull rider Cooper Davis. An April TikTok video<\/a> shows Davis receiving the G Wagon as a gift.<\/p>\n The caption reads, \u201cI had no idea. I told him I loved this car a couple months ago. We landed at the airport and my mom brought it to pick us up.\u201d <\/p>\n According to a conversation in the comments section of that video, the gift apparently sparked several days of death threats.<\/p>\n Davis hasn\u2019t posted to TikTok<\/a> since December, but her followers are commenting on those videos and asking for an update and to know whether she, her mother, and Davis are all OK. <\/p>\n \u201cDarling, please give us an update,\u201d wrote one viewer on a post from Dec. 30. \u201cAre mom and the puppy OK?\u201d<\/p>\n This event comes just days after a New Year\u2019s Day crash<\/a> that involved several vehicles and left two teens in critical condition. <\/p>\n Are Dallas Drivers Really Among the Worst in the State of Texas? <\/p>\n According to Allstate<\/a>, the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area is, in fact, filled with some of the worst drivers in the entire state of Texas.
