It was headed to Medell\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">All six occupants died, the agency added, saying that Jim\u00e9nez, 34, was among the victims. Later images show the wreckage of the aircraft in flames.
