Ashley Tisdale was spotted stepping out solo <\/a>while taking an important call as her \u201ctoxic\u201d mom group drama continues to escalate. <\/p>\n

The \u201cHigh School Musical\u201d star was pictured in Malibu on Friday wearing a casual light pink sweatshirt and brown leggings while chatting with someone on her smartphone. <\/p>\n

She finished the laid-back look with turquoise socks and black sneakers, and wore her brown hair in soft waves. <\/p>\n

Ashley Tisdale appeared to have a serious phone chat as her mom group drama continued. BACKGRID<\/p>\n

The mom of two appeared somber, and at one point donned a pair of white, retro-style sunglasses as she was snapped by photographers during the outing. <\/p>\n

Carrying a bottle of water, she was also seen texting while making her way around the sunny shopping strip mall.<\/p>\n

The Disney Channel alum\u2019s solo weekend outing comes amid drama generated by Tisdale\u2019s recent essay in The Cut \u2014 in which she criticized her former mom group as \u201ctoxic\u201d <\/a>because it made her feel \u201cnot cool enough\u201d\u00a0after being excluded from hangouts.<\/p>\n

Tisdale, 40, then recounted texting the group to notify them that she was cutting ties with the group because it was \u201ctoo high school\u201d for her. <\/p>\n

Tisdale refrained from calling anyone out by name, but she\u2019s been linked to a\u00a0high-profile mom group<\/a>\u00a0that includes A-listers Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore<\/a>, and Meghan Trainor, among others.<\/p>\n

While Duff\u2019s sister Haylie Duff appeared to side with Tisdale <\/a>by \u201cliking\u201d The Cut\u2019s post featuring the article, Hilary\u2019s husband Matthew Koma lashed out in a cryptic Instagram Story, seemingly calling Tisdale \u201cself obsessed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trainor, meanwhile, appeared surprised by the drama<\/a>\u00a0as she shared a clip of herself \u201cfinding out about the apparent mom group drama\u201d while surfing the web. Her 2025 hit \u201cStill Don\u2019t Care\u201d played in the background. <\/p>\n

The solo outing comes after Tisdale called out her former star-studded mom group in an essay for The Cut. Ashley Tisdale\/Instagram<\/p>\n

Trainor\u2019s husband Daryl Sabara\u00a0downplayed the drama<\/a>, telling TMZ on Thursday that there\u2019s \u201cno drama over here\u201d and adding that he \u201chope[s] she\u2019s OK,\u201d referring to Tisdale. <\/p>\n

A source seemingly cheered Koma\u2019s savage social media attack<\/a> on Wednesday, alleging to Page Six that he \u201cgave her what she had coming.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
