They\u2019ve already fucking told you,\u201d an X on the subject<\/a> reads (I\u2019m a runner, so I can\u2019t laugh too hard). <\/p>\n Another X user described<\/a> the fitness fad as \u201cBrew Dog PE.\u201d<\/p>\n Whatever you might think of the (undoubtedly impressive) feat, though, I have to admit I giggled at a recent Instagram Reel from fitness influencer Ella Rose<\/a>, which revealed what the name is actually short for.<\/p>\n What does Hyrox stand for?<\/strong><\/p>\n The Instagram user said<\/a>, \u201cDon\u2019t get me wrong, I don\u2019t want to do a Hyrox \u2015 they look really hard, hats off to you if you\u2019ve done one. <\/p>\n \u201cBut this makes me want to do one even less.
