This decision follows a thorough evaluation of current market conditions and the company\u2019s cost structure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">CSX currently employs approximately 23,000 people nationwide, including more than 3,000 management employees.
