For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 10 to<br \/>20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.<\/p>\n<p>* WHERE\u2026San Bernardino County Mountains.<\/p>\n<p>* WHEN\u2026For the High Wind Warning, until 1 PM PST this afternoon.<br \/>For the Wind Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 2 PM PST Monday.<\/p>\n<p>* IMPACTS\u2026Due to recent rains and saturated soils, strong winds<br \/>could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible.<br \/>Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>* ADDITIONAL DETAILS\u2026Winds will weaken later today with peak gusts<br \/>closer to 45 mph.<br \/>Watch for falling debris and tree limbs.
