Investigators say the conversation turned into an argument.<\/p>\n<p>At some point, police say the man pulled out a knife and stabbed the woman several times in her upper body.<\/p>\n<p>Officers took the suspect into custody at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries. Her current condition has not been released.<\/p>\n<p>The case is being investigated as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
