Randolph Ave. in El Sereno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An empty lot in <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/neighborhood\/el-sereno\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">El Sereno<\/a> is poised for the construction of housing, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/planning.lacity.gov\/pdiscaseinfo\/search\/casenumber\/VTT-85055-SL-HCA \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an application submitted recently to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The project, located at 3274 N.
