That\u2019s not us, even Mrunal Thakur believes so.<\/p>\n<p>Talking to <a rel=\"noamphtml noopener\" class=\"keywordtourl\" href=\"https:\/\/www.financialexpress.com\/auto\/new-cars\/tata\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tata<\/a> Play Fitness, the actor encouraged everyone to take out an hour for themselves every day and make working out a priority. \u201cIf you love yourself and love your body, please (give) 1 hour a day, do not give reasons. According to personal trainer Deepika Sharma, you don\u2019t need more time to exercise\u2014you need better priorities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/fitness\/malaika-arora-fitness-mantra-goals-2021-yoga-diet-strength-training-7201427\/\" class=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Movement<\/a> <\/strong>isn\u2019t an extra task, it\u2019s a part of living. Walk during calls, stretch before coffee, take the stairs. Small choices stack up. Wake up, move. Before your brain makes excuses, stretch, do 10 squats, or a 30-sec plank. No thinking, just do.<\/p>\n<p>2. Link movement to something unskippable\u2014push-ups before coffee, a walk after lunch. Habits stack fast.<\/p>\n<p>Story continues below this ad<\/p>\n<p>3. Make it default. Stairs over elevator. Stand over sit. Walk over scroll. Tiny choices compound.<\/p>\n<p>4. Use what\u2019s already there. Play with your kid? Squat while lifting them. Stuck in a call? Walk. No gym needed.<\/p>\n<p>The World Health Organization recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/fitness\/fitness-coach-3-rules-safe-workouts-train-hard-sleep-underrated-tool-10351622\/\" class=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exercise<\/a><\/strong>, five times a week, or 150 minutes.\u00a0While there is no harm in pushing one\u2019s limits, one needs to be careful about overtraining.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne session will not make or break your body. Consistent work over a long period of time is what will give you the results you desire. Surely, you can have a session or two in a week where you go all out and enjoy that burn, but you can\u2019t do that for 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
