Friedman Tennis Center.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Horned Frogs dropped just one set all afternoon. TCU&#8217;s seven active players all played at least one match.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nTCU won its 16th\u00a0straight home opener under head coach <a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/coaches\/david-roditi\/1829\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"1829\" target=\"_blank\">David Roditi<\/a> and extended its NCAA-leading home winning streak to 35 matches.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Frogs locked up the doubles point with comfortable wins on the top courts. Freshmen <a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/oliver-bonding\/18074\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"18074\" target=\"_blank\">Oliver Bonding<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/maximus-dussault\/17757\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"17757\" target=\"_blank\">Maximus Dussault<\/a> played the one in their first collegiate dual and secured the clincher with a 6-3 takedown of ACU&#8217;s Luis Jose Nakamine and Ethan Scribner.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBonding and Dussault were two of four Frogs to put a pair of victories on the board.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/albert-pedrico\/17762\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"17762\" target=\"_blank\">Albert Pedrico<\/a> earned the match-clincher on court three in singles, downing Dennis Dutine, 6-3-6-4. <a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/filip-apltauer\/17759\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"17759\" target=\"_blank\">Filip Apltauer<\/a> rolled to a 6-3, 6-0 win in the sixth position for TCU&#8217;s final point. The duo was victorious on court two in doubles in their first time playing as partners.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSunday&#8217;s victory marked TCU&#8217;s 20th\u00a0shutout on the indoor courts over the last four seasons. TCU is now 43-4 indoors since 2022.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>Doubles Rundown<\/strong><br \/>\nPedrico and Apltauer landed a double break vs. Dutine and Tomas Quesada and rolled to a 6-2 win before Bonding and Dussault served out their match.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/roger-pascual\/17761\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"17761\" target=\"_blank\">Roger Pascual<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/cooper-woestendick\/17764\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"17764\" target=\"_blank\">Cooper Woestendick<\/a> teamed up on court three and faced Jorge Aza and Merse Deli. The ITA No. 77 singles player, Pascual battled Deli on court four. He blanked Deli in the opening frame and won four straight games to end set two and polish off a 6-0, 6-2 win.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Dussault also scored a bagel in set one. He faced Scribner in the fifth flight and scored a late break tied 4-4 in set two to sew up his first collegiate dual singles victory.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nPedrico&#8217;s win was his fifth straight in duals dating back to TCU&#8217;s run to the 2025 NCAA Championships final.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/gofrogs.com\/sports\/mens-tennis\/roster\/duncan-chan\/17760\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"17760\" target=\"_blank\">Duncan Chan<\/a> got the nod on court one following a fall season in which defeated 10 ITA top-100 players and achieved the No. 6 overall singles ranking. He made quick work of Nakamine, he claimed four straight games to open the match and coasted to a 6-3, 6-3 win to put TCU in front 5-0.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nChan played the No. 1 for the second time in his career. He improved to 13-2 in singles play in 2025-26.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBonding drew a game opponent in Quesada on court two. Quesada broke Bonding, the former ITF No. 3 world junior, late in set one to steal a 6-4 first frame. He then pushed Bonding to a tiebreaker in set two. Bonding outlasted Quesada 7-4 to extend the match.
