{"id":510851,"date":"2026-01-12T12:58:14","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T12:58:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/510851\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T12:58:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T12:58:14","slug":"woman-thrown-from-pickup-after-it-slams-into-txdot-truck-on-northwest-side","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/510851\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman thrown from pickup after it slams into TxDOT truck on Northwest Side"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN ANTONIO &#8211; Alcohol may have played a role in a crash that sent two people to the hospital early Monday morning on the Northwest Side.<\/p>\n<p>Police say the crash happened around 1 a.m. on westbound Loop 1604 near the Northwest Military Highway exit. <\/p>\n<p>A man was driving a black pickup truck with a female passenger when the truck crashed into the back of a TxDOT work crew arrow truck parked in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The impact caused the pickup to spin, throwing the female passenger from the vehicle.
