CHICAGO (WLS) — A man has been charged in the deadly CTA Pink Line shooting last month, Chicago police said.<\/p>\n

Click here to watch<\/a><\/p>\n The shooting happened on a CTA Pink Line train at about 1:22 a.m<\/a>. in the 100-block of North Wells Street in Dec. 23, according to police.<\/p>\n Pedro Villarreal, 34 of Chicago, is accused of shooting two men, killing one, police said.<\/p>\n Two victims, 23 and 44 years old, were allegedly arguing with Villarreal, who was armed with a knife, police said.<\/p>\n Police said one of the victims then took out a gun. Villarreal was able to get control of the gun and fired, hitting the two men.<\/p>\n The 44-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and died at an area hospital. He was identified as Raymond S.
