The acquisition is the next step in H&amp;MV\u2019s global expansion strategy, reinforcing a commitment to continue to deliver innovative solutions in the U.S. market, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition is key to our continued expansion strategy in the U.S.,\u201d PJ Flanagan, CEO of H&amp;MV Engineering, said in a statement. \u201cCooke Power Services brings deep local expertise, a strong reputation, and a shared commitment to safety, quality, and innovation. Together, we\u2019re well-positioned to deliver world-class engineering solutions across the U.S. market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Tailored to the U.S. market\u2019<\/p>\n<p>H&amp;MV Engineering, backed by European private equity firm Exponent, is currently involved in a number of projects under construction across the United States, ranging from 138 kV to 345 kV.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is part of a broader U.S. market strategy for H&amp;MV Engineering. In addition to integrating Cooke Power Services, the company is actively hiring to support U.S. operations.<\/p>\n<p>The company said that it is investing in long-term growth across high-demand sectors such as data centers and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). \u201cH&amp;MV is leveraging its world-class design, procurement, and construction capabilities to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions tailored to the U.S. market,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1997, H&amp;MV Engineering has grown into a multinational business with operations across the U.S., EMEA, and Asia. The company has over 14 GW of high-voltage projects in design and construction and works with some of the world\u2019s largest data center and power and energy developers. The company has a workforce of over 1,600 FTEs operating from 18 international offices across the U. S., EMEA, and Asia, and annualized revenues exceeding $1 billion.
