Deputies tell us Ramirez does not have a cell phone with her.<\/p>\n<p>Isabella is five feet, three inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>She was last seen wearing a brown hoodie, gray sweatpants, and black slide shoes.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding Isabella\u2019s whereabouts is urged to contact the Bexar County Sheriff\u2019s Office at 210-335-6000.
