In Liam Rosenior’s first game in charge, Chelsea lined up in the 4-2-3-1 formation that their supporters are very well used to under former manager Enzo Maresca. <\/p>\n

The Blues switched to a 3-4-3 with the ball as the left-back, Jorrel Hato against Charlton, moved into the midfield to join the attack and also scored the opener in the FA Cup third-round tie. <\/p>\n

Chelsea had a whopping 74% possession and had 24 shots – with 12 of them on target. They also played plenty of short passes – characteristic of Rosenior’s Strasbourg side.<\/p>\n

However, there was still discontent among the fans during the cup fixture with Chelsea failing to score up until the final minutes of the first half. <\/p>\n

The fans chanted “attack, attack, attack” as Chelsea probed for a breakthrough as they continued their protest against the club’s ownership. <\/p>\n
