With the win, the Texans will face the New England Patriots on the road Sunday at 3 p.m. (ET).<\/p>\n<p>The divisional round will kick off Saturday at 4:30 p.m. (ET) when the AFC\u2019s top-seeded Denver Broncos host reigning MVP Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/6961681\/2026\/01\/11\/bills-jaguars-score-result-takeaways-nfl-wild-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bills advanced<\/a> to the divisional round for the sixth straight season with a 27-24 comeback win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.<\/p>\n<p>The Saturday 8 p.m. game will be an NFC West rematch between the top-seeded Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers. Those teams met in Week 18 in Santa Clara, Calif., to decide the division title and No. 1 seed, with the Seahawks winning 13-3. Seattle is at home this time around. The 49ers advanced to the divisional round with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/6962183\/2026\/01\/11\/49ers-eagles-playoffs-result-takeaways\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">23-19 win over the Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> despite another devastating injury, this one with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/6960316\/2026\/01\/11\/bears-packers-score-result-takeaways-nfl-wild-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">George Kittle tearing his Achilles<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday\u2019s action wraps up with the Chicago Bears hosting the Los Angeles Rams at 6:30 p.m. in the other NFC matchup. The Bears <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/6960316\/2026\/01\/11\/bears-packers-score-result-takeaways-nfl-wild-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rallied from an 18-point deficit<\/a> to beat the Green Bay Packers 31-27 and advance, while the Rams outlasted the Carolina Panthers 34-31 to move on.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/0112_NFL-Playoff-Picture-Final-2.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2437\" height=\"1625\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6965065\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/0112_NFL-Playoff-Picture-Final-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The winners of next weekend\u2019s games will advance to the conference championship games to be played on Jan. 25.
