BLACK LABEL SOCIETY<\/b> will release a new album, “Engines Of Demolition”<\/b>, on March 27 via MNRK Heavy<\/b>. The follow-up to 2021’s “Doom Crew Inc.”<\/b> contains 15 tracks, including the three previously released singles “Broken And Blind”<\/b>, “The Gallows”<\/b> and “Lord Humungus”<\/b> as well as a tune titled “Ozzy’s Song”<\/b>, which is an apparent tribute to BLACK LABEL SOCIETY<\/b> guitarist\/vocalist Zakk Wylde<\/b>‘s longtime bandmate, the iconic BLACK SABBATH<\/b> singer Ozzy Osbourne<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Wylde<\/b> formed BLACK LABEL SOCIETY<\/b> in 1998 and has kept the band busy in between touring and recording with Ozzy Osbourne<\/b>, whose backing group he first joined nearly four decades ago.<\/p>\n

A charismatic heavy metal marauder recognized worldwide as a living legend, Wylde<\/b> rose to prominence when Ozzy<\/b> chose him as his loyal axeman, based on a cassette he mailed in as a teen. Guitar World<\/b> put Zakk<\/b> on the magazine’s cover more than a dozen times in recognition of his work on multiplatinum albums by the icon he called “the Boss” and more than two decades of music made by BLS<\/b>.<\/p>\n

BLACK LABEL SOCIETY<\/b> quickly became a touring juggernaut and has gone on to release nearly a dozen successful studio albums which have sold more than a couple of million copies in total.<\/p>\n

BLACK LABEL SOCIETY<\/b>‘s “Order Of The Black”<\/b> (2010) and “Catacombs Of The Black Vatican”<\/b> (2014) both broke into the top five on the hard rock album charts.<\/p>\n

Since first joining Ozzy<\/b>, Zakk<\/b> had played on all of the BLACK SABBATH<\/b> singer’s solo albums except for 2020’s “Ordinary Man”<\/b>, including such classic efforts as “No More Tears”<\/b> (1991),“Ozzmosis”<\/b> (1995) and “Black Rain”<\/b> (2007).<\/p>\n
