Late registration<\/strong><\/p>\nStudents can register for spring classes during the late registration period from Monday to Friday. <\/p>\n
Martin Luther King Jr. Day<\/strong><\/p>\nUniversity operations will pause Jan. 19 in recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Classes will resume the next day. <\/p>\n
Census date<\/strong><\/p>\nJan. 28 marks UTA\u2019s official census date for the spring semester. Classes dropped before this day at 5 p.m. will not be recorded on academic transcripts. <\/p>\n
Last day to drop<\/strong><\/p>\nStudents have until April 3 to drop spring courses. All drop requests must be completed in MyMav by 4 p.m. <\/p>\n
Summer and fall 2026 registration begins<\/strong><\/p>\nEnrollment for the upcoming summer and fall 2026 terms opens April 6. New and readmitted students must meet with their academic advisors prior to registration to enroll in a term. <\/p>\n
Spring break<\/strong><\/p>\nAcademic activities will pause for spring break from March 9 to 13, with classes resuming the following week. <\/p>\n
Last day of classes and student study day<\/strong><\/p>\nThe last day of classes is April 28. No classes will be held April 29 for a Student Study Day in preparation for final exams. <\/p>\n
Final exams<\/strong><\/p>\nFinal exams will be held April 30 to May 6. The official last day of the semester is May 6. Students can find exam dates for the spring semester on UTA\u2019s website. <\/p>\n
Final grades<\/strong><\/p>\nFinal grades for the spring semester are due May 11 for the spring semester. <\/p>\n
