{"id":513479,"date":"2026-01-13T16:44:14","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/513479\/"},"modified":"2026-01-13T16:44:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:44:14","slug":"the-top-10-companies-hiring-for-hybrid-and-remote-jobs-in-2026-according-to-flexjobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/513479\/","title":{"rendered":"The top 10 companies hiring for hybrid and remote jobs in 2026, according to FlexJobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/03\/23\/5-years-into-the-remote-work-boom-the-return-to-office-push-is-stronger-than-everheres-why.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">return-to-office pushes<\/a> from some employers, plenty of companies are still hiring for flexible roles.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__https:\/\/www.flexjobs.com\/blog\/post\/top-100-companies-for-remote-jobs-2026__;!!HqJSLGM!rfTow-ll1Yzb2wUGBK0L_TmX2egZEMYIn3vq06eBGKTur1Z_VbIJcRdBIFmdVjXs-y_1fE8llQ2qLiv2SrH8pWpCXVo4JyMu$\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new Flexjobs report<\/a> identified the top 100 companies hiring for remote and hybrid roles, based on an analysis of around 60,000 companies and their job postings in 2025 in the FlexJobs database.<\/p>\n<p>Offering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/06\/26\/more-gen-zers-are-becoming-bossesand-theyre-prioritizing-flexibility-and-well-being.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flexible work options<\/a> allows companies to access &#8220;a broader and more diverse talent pool,&#8221; among other benefits, according to FlexJobs career expert Keith Spencer.<\/p>\n<p>Remote work remains popular among employees: a previous FlexJobs survey found that approximately 98% of surveyed workers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/10\/13\/76percent-of-american-workers-say-theyd-look-for-a-new-job-if-forced-to-work-fully-in-person.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prefer working hybrid or remote<\/a>, as opposed to fully in-person.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Companies that are willing to offer that type of flexibility to their employees often see higher levels of productivity, higher levels of retention, lower attrition,&#8221; Spencer told CNBC Make It. &#8220;They just have a happier workforce.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the top three career categories with the most remote job postings in 2025 were project management, computer and IT, and operations.<\/p>\n<p>The top three job titles were account executive, software engineer, and project manager, which is a departure from years past, according to Spencer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That list tends to be kind of dominated by tech and finance roles, or at least it has in recent years, so that was a pretty interesting, significant shift,&#8221; he says.<\/p>\n<p>This year, 40 of the top 100 best companies for remote and hybrid jobs were newcomers to the list, Spencer says, which &#8220;definitely is a sign of hope for job seekers&#8221; looking for these roles.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It shows that there&#8217;s a wide variety of employers who are committing themselves to offering these flexible career options,&#8221; he says.<\/p>\n<p>Based on FlexJobs&#8217; data, these are the top 10 companies hiring for remote and hybrid roles in 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. TELUS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industry: Telecommunications<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Elevance Health <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industry: Medical, Health<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Lockheed Martin <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industry:\u00a0Aerospace<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Transcom <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industry: Customer Service<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. UnitedHealth Group <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industry: Medical, Health<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. General Dynamics <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industry: Aerospace<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. U.S. Bank <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industry: Banking, Finance<\/p>\n<p>Job seekers should be aware that there&#8217;s &#8220;a high level of competition&#8221; for these roles, according to Spencer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;People have lives and a lot of commitments, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/12\/18\/cumulative-inflation-since-2020.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">things aren&#8217;t getting cheaper<\/a>, so not having to travel or having to buy your lunch, it can make a big difference for people,&#8221; he says.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the remote and hybrid job postings in FlexJobs&#8217; database are for &#8220;highly skilled&#8221; positions, Spencer says.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report,  67% of postings were for &#8220;experienced-level&#8221; roles, followed by manager-level roles at 17% and senior-level positions at 8%.
